Have you ever been lost in a place of darkness and couldn’t find your way out? I used to be in that place until someone snatched me out. Read my story to find out who freed me…
The atmosphere was thick with smoke and the aroma of alcohol. We exchanged new year’s greetings. Someone tugged harshly at my blouse. “Aren’t you going to wish me Happy New Year? No time for me eh?”
I know how difficult it is to be a single mother. It’s easy to feel discouraged and battered by the storms of life.
Do you wake up some mornings feeling low and want to crawl back into bed?
Other times you feel like a tiny ant lost in a huge world. Not only that, but loneliness hit you like a huge rock. It knocks the stuffing out of you. The tears bubble up in your eyes. The next thing you know, they’re rolling down your cheeks and there’s nothing you can do to stop them falling.

There’s still hope for me, as long as I have hope in you.
Let not my eyes be blinded by some folly I commit.
Most of the times the prophecies for the year ahead is exciting. That’s because it’s usually about us and how we will prosper, have success, blessings and things along those lines. But the prophecy for 2013 delivered by Pastor Stella at my church, Let The Earth Praise The Lord Ministries, last night was more like a wake up call. God has spoken and we need to take action.
How many single men do you have in your church? In mine you can count the (limited) number of them on one hand. Many of those men are either married or too young.
Most churches, especially black ones, are packed with women. If you’re looking to meet a man there, the chances are slim.
