A man died. When he realised it, he saw God coming closer with a suitcase in His hand.
God said, “Alright son, it’s time to go.”
Surprised, the man responded, “Now? So soon? I had a lot of plans…”
“I’m sorry, but it’s time to go.”
“What do you have in that suitcase?” The man asked.
God answered. “Your belongings.”
“My belongings? You mean my things, my clothes, my money.”
It’s easy to trust God when everything in your life is going smooth. When you haven’t got any problems, it’s easy to pray, praise, worship and give thanks God with a happy heart and a smile.
But what about when the bills are piling up, you’re sick, can’t get a job, you’re depressed, lonely and you’ve got lots of problems. Do you trust God then?
Most of the times the prophecies for the year ahead is exciting. That’s because it’s usually about us and how we will prosper, have success, blessings and things along those lines. But the prophecy for 2013 delivered by Pastor Stella at my church, Let The Earth Praise The Lord Ministries, last night was more like a wake up call. God has spoken and we need to take action.
